Our Cleaning Process
Book your cleaning appointment with Complete Maids and Cleaning Services. Give us a call or book online. Schedule a time that works best for you.
Shortly after setting up your appointment you will receive a confirmation email and 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning appointment you will receive a reminder email.
We show up to the location you want cleaned and get to work doing what we do best. Cleaning!
Finally, you get to sit back and enjoy your freshly cleaned home!

- What are your days and times of operation?
- Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. Unless specially set up, 6:00pm is the latest cleaning reservations we offer.
- Do I need to be home for the cleaning?
- No, but if it is our first cleaning with you we recommend that you hanging out for a little bit and give us a run down of your expectations.
- How long does a cleaning take approximately?
- It depends on the specific cleaning services you require and the size of the space you want cleaned, but generally we can clean 500 square feet an hour with no additional services added
- How do I sign up for reoccurring cleanings?
- When you are booking an appointment, select how often you want your appointment repeated. Reoccurring cleanings are discounted and offer the best value. You can call us at 1 (347) 965-1993 and we can work with you to set up your cleaning appointments, or you can use our book a cleaning form.
- How do I know if my appointment was accepted?
- After successfully completing your booking you will receive an email confirming your cleaning appointment listing some of your requested cleaning details.
- What forms of payment do you accept?
- We currently only accept Credit Card payments, sorry for any inconvenience. For your security and ours we maintain PCI compliance at all times. Paypal subsidiary, Braintree, manages our Credit Card processing, all communications are encrypted via SSL.
- When will I be charged for my cleaning service?
- We will only charge you after the cleaning is complete, however, we do require payment information to set up appointments at this point in time.
